The G4-D58PKG surveillance package comes with 8 Gen IV Technology varifocal dome cameras. What sets the Gen IV Camera apart from most others is they use 100% Sony Image Sensor with 100% MStar DSPs for exceptional image quality. The system kit also includes eight 100 ft. premade CAT5E cables and the UNV 16 channel PoE NVR with choice of installed hard drive. The 5 megapixel resolution and adjustable 2.8~12mm lens allows you to choose just the right field of view and detail for your application. Enclosed in a weatherproof IP66 ingress protected housing means the camera is ideal for both outdoor and indoor installations with up to 98 ft. of IR night vision. The auto switch IR-cut filter provides full color images during the day then automatically switches to black and white at night with infrared illumination for surveillance even in complete darkness.
The Gen IV cameras also use HTML 5 which avoids annoying and insecure/vulnerable browser plug-ins, and works on every browser! Cameras are powered by the PoE (Power over Ethernet) of the NVR so no additional power supply or cabling is necessary. The 16 channel PoE NVR is capable of displaying and recording up to 4K (8MP) Ultra HD Resolution with two SATA hard drive slots for internal storage. Remote viewing and playback from PC, laptop or smart phone and other mobile device with free app.
