The camera's outdoor IP65 housing makes it suitable for both indoor or outdoor applications. Cable runs up to 1600 feet are possible using standard coax cables and up to 500 feet with Cat5 or Cat6 cables using video baluns. The switchable resolution output makes the camera usable with standard video recorders or the HD AHD video recorders. Mounting on ceilings or walls is easy with the rotatable eyeball construction.
