The TVI-1604HYB is a 16 channel video recorder designed for use with both standard analog cameras and high definition HD-TVI cameras. You have the option of using your existing cameras along with HDTVI cameras or any combination. Perhaps you have some critical areas that need to have better image details than your existing cameras provide, you can install the higher definition cameras for those areas without the need to replace other working cameras you already have.

You can also use the same cabling that your analog cameras used and the video and power connections are the same. On new camera installations you can run RG59 video cables up to 1500 feet and RG6 cables even further. The friendly user interface makes setting up and using the the DVR quick and easy, recording options include continuous, schedule, alarm and motion. Camera image brightness, hue and contrast are all adjustable along with placement or visibility of text overlays.

Along with local viewing and playback the DVR can also be connected to the Internet for remote viewing and playback on a computer using any of the popular web browsers or by smart phones using the Guarding Expert app. Searching and playback can be done by time and date, all day, alarm, motion or smart search. Backup is easy using a USB flash drive, USB hard drive or through the network.
