The 8 channel Blue Jay 7208NVR PRO Series records up to 4K 8MP resolution and along with all the standard recording and playback functions the BJ-7208NVR provides many AI+ smart detection features. These includes Facial Detection, Vehicle Detection, Intrusion Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Stationary Object Detection, Pedestrian Detection and Crossing Head Count.
The 8 internal PoE ports make connecting IP cameras quite simple. Using Cat5e or Cat6 cables simply connect the cable from the camera to one of the 8 PoE ports on the NVR. The NVR provides power to the camera so there is no need for power at the camera location. When using our Blue Jay IP cameras with the NVR setup is truly Plug and Play, the camera is setup automatically with no other configuration needed, it couldn't be simpler. All other IP cameras we sell, as well as most 3rd party cameras, are also supported with only minor setting configurations thanks to the broad Onvif compliance of the NVR.
