The SDI-8422 HD infrared security camera features a 2 Megapixel 1/3" CMOS progressive scan sensor. The picture quality of the SDI-8422 is far superior to standard analog cameras thanks to the HD-SDI 1080p format. To SDI-8422 comes with both a standard BNC video out and a SDI-BNC video out. To record the full 1000 TVL 1080P picture the camera must be plugged into a HD-SDI security DVR.
The camera comes with a 3.3~12mm varifocal IR cut lens and 36 LEDs for excellent day and night vision. The OSD (on screen display) also allows for picture adjustments such as WDR White balance, mirror image, sharpness and brightness. With its IP66 weatherproof rating this camera is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
