| All airsoft sales have a 30 day warranty against factory defects unless otherwise stated. The warranty is voided if you damage, abuse, misuse or modify the guns or clips in any form. Returns for any reason other than factory defects must be processed within 5 days of receiving the product. Before returning any item you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number or instructions for returning the defective product. Some of the airsoft guns need to be returned to the importer or distributor for repair or replacement but all are within the USA. You can contact us at (702) 647-6368 or by e-mail for warranty information. Non-defective returns must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition, including manuals, blank warranty cards (if any) and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective returns. Refunds or credits are for the purchase price only. Shipping can only be refunded due to an error on our part. | ||||
