Description

Turn an ordinary doorknob into a highly sensitive burglar alarm with this simple to use door handle alarm. Simply hang the alarm on the inside door knob, turn it on, wait 10 seconds and the unit is set. When anyone touches the doorknob from the outside the device will emit an 85-90 dB alarm to alert you to an entry attempt and scare away the intruder away. The device will work even if the intruder is wearing gloves.

It has a light/sound selector switch, this allows you to hear either an alarm or see a flashing light when the door knob is touched. The flashing light option is perfect for people who are hearing impaired.

The alarm measures 5-1/2" x 1-7/8" x 1-1/4"
The strap used to hang the alarm on the door knob measures 4" long.
Please note that this item will not work with plastic door knobs or on a metal door. The alarm requires one 9 volt battery (not included). It has a low battery indicator to let you know when the battery is weak.
